Details
  • [Saints vs Falcons (MNF)] Saints starting FS Josh Bullocks tweaked a quadriceps muscle in pre-game warm-ups and was deactivated for the game.
  • [Titans vs Chargers] Vanden Bosch: Keeping up the pressure
  • [Bengals vs Rams] All three of Kyle Larson's punts (a 50.3 average) were downed inside the Rams' 20-yard line.
"Anytime we can pin 'em back when we get the opportunity, we try and do that," he said. (SpringfieldNewsSun.com)
  • [Panthers vs Jaguars] With :14 left in the first-half, safety Chris Harris jolted Jacksonville running back Fred Taylor with a hit that jarred the ball high into the air. Defensive end Mike Rucker recovered at the Jacksonville 47. That set up a field goal by John Kasay, cutting the Jaguars' lead to 10-6. (Charlotte Observer)
  • [Ravens vs Colts] Here's the three-play sequence that basically ended the Colts-Ravens game in the first quarter Sunday night:
      1) Willis McGahee rushed for six yards, then limped off the field with an injury.
      2) Kyle Boller threw an interception to Gary Brackett, who returned it 49 yards to the Ravens 19.
      3) Peyton Manning found Joseph Addai alone in the flat for a touchdown.
This all took 52 seconds of game time.
Then, after Baltimore gained five yards on three plays, a Sam Koch punt was blocked through the end zone for a safety. It was 23-0, Colts. There were still two minutes remaining in the first quarter. And it was pouring. (Yahoo!Sports)
